Overview

Awesome Chairs and Shelving accepts returns only under these terms. • Defective Items: Contact us within 24 hours if furniture arrives with a factory defect. We inspect and replace it at no cost to you. Items Not Eligible for Return • Custom Orders: You cannot return or exchange custom-made furniture. • Neglect or Abuse: Items damaged by neglect, abuse, water, or nature do not qualify. • Used Items: We do not accept returns on used furniture. • Assembly Issues: Damage from wrong assembly or misuse is not covered unless we provided assembly. • Shipping Damage: Returns for damage do not apply if we did not handle transport or delivery.
