Delivery Policy

Overview

These terms pertain to deliveries within South Africa. Please note that delivery fees are not included in the product price.

It is essential to measure all stairways and lifts to ensure that furniture can fit through them. Our drivers will deliver large furniture items only to ground-floor units; if you require delivery to higher floors, the customer must coordinate with the supplier.

For items that are in stock, we will fulfill your order within 5-10 business days through our courier partners or our own delivery network, subject to an additional delivery fee based on the area.

For items that are out of stock, a manufacturing lead time of approximately 2-6 weeks may apply. We will inform you of the lead time when you request a quotation.

Please be aware that if delivery is handled by a courier partner or if you choose to collect from our premises, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur.

If we deliver using our own network within a 10 km radius of the factory and your order exceeds R2500.00, delivery will be complimentary.

Our delivery dates are estimates, and we cannot be held accountable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from late deliveries. We will always strive to meet your requested delivery dates.

Upon delivery, you may need to sign for the product. We recommend inspecting the product for any visible faults, defects, or damages before signing. If you notice any defects, please record them on the proof of delivery.

All risk associated with the product transfers to you upon delivery, except in cases where delivery is delayed due to your failure to meet obligations; in such instances, risk will transfer on the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. Once the risk is transferred to you, we are not liable for any loss or destruction of the product.

If delivery is delayed due to your unreasonable refusal to accept it, or if you fail to accept delivery or collect the product from the courier, we may charge you for reasonable storage fees and any other costs incurred as a result.
